Who We Are: Founded at the University of Texas at Dallas, the Law and Trial Association provides a space for students interested in law, policy, and advocacy. From trial simulations to guest speakers, our programs foster critical thinking, leadership, and collaboration.
LTA hosts an annual Mock Trial competition offering a collaboration between high school students and college students to provide law students with an introductory experience to Mock Trial. LTA students get an opportunity to participate as lawyers and Texas High School Mock Trial students get an opportunity to participate as witnesses. This competition is to be held in the winter, and the dates will soon be announced. Complete the interest form below if you are interested in competing!
